At the beginning of September, three electronics technicians for industrial engineering and one industrial clerk started their training at ELABO. All the trainees can look back on the first month positively, as they have already been able to gain some insight into the company.
In the training as electronics technicians for industrial engineering, the trainees are given the best possible specialist knowledge for their future tasks in three and a half years. This includes, for example, the manufacture of electromechanical and electrical assemblies, machines and devices for energy and control technology. During their time at the company, the trainees work in the day-to-day operations from the very beginning. In the company's own training workshop, they are also taught the theoretical contents.
During the first month, Eduart Brahimi, Marlin Laidig and Lars Elhardt, among many other things, got to know the various tools, supported their colleagues in the assembly of a test system and helped in the production of devices.
In her training as an industrial clerk, Alia Ziegler will pass through all departments of the company in the next two to three years and will learn commercial skills there. At the moment she is already actively supporting the reception at ELABO. In addition to checking order confirmations, hosting visitors and handing out office supplies to colleagues, she is currently learning the basics of customer communication.
The entire ELABO team warmly welcomes the new trainees.
