Virtual Reality

Innovative solution for product planning

VR-Tool for simulation and visualization of workplace solutions and test systems

By means of virtual reality applications we supplement our product planning in various ways. Thus, we support you already in the consulting and planning phase with innovative solutions.

How does this work?

Interactive 3D presentation is combined with virtual reality in the VR application. Complex 3D CAD models can be viewed and experienced with the application in virtual space. Time- and cost-intensive prototype construction will thus be completely replaced in the future. It is possible to simulate and visualise ELABO workstation solutions and test systems. For example, a test system can be examined before production begins and, if necessary, optimised in advance. Another use case is the planning of work and assembly processes that can be simulated at ELABO workstations. An ergonomics check enables ergonomic aspects to be tested during the planning stage. Among other things, gripping areas can be mapped and checked and the user's field of vision can be simulated. For example, the suitability of the workplace for employees with different heights is checked. All configurations carried out in the software can be documented and then optimally processed further. Workstations can thus be optimally adapted to the respective user and the processes to be carried out and subsequent adjustments are prevented. All in all, this creates the optimum workstation for the user, which is also perfectly adapted to the activities to be carried out there.

Advantages

The advantages of the VR application are obvious: Errors can be detected earlier in the virtual world, expensive prototypes become redundant and the time-to-market is significantly reduced. In addition, operation is very simple and intuitive, so that users can operate with minimal training.
