How does it work?
With this solution, we support your maintenance technician remotely via video conference with augmented reality – simply via smartphone or tablet. One of our service employees then receives the camera picture of your technician's mobile device and transfers it to the computer in real time. Simultaneous communication is possible via VoIP (Voice over IP). 3D annotations on the screen additionally simplify communication and speeds up problem solving.
All you need is a standard smartphone or tablet with Android or IOS. You can obtain a license from ELABO – either individually or as part of a customer care contract.
